Case Study #1 : A training centre for aeronautical companies in Morocco
In North Africa, CODIFOR accompanied the French aeronautical sector in the development of his Moroccan aeronautical production platform. Partnering with GIMAS (the Moroccan aeronautical and space industries consortium) they opted for the creation of a training centre shared by all the companies in the sector. Support included analysis of the development potential, identification of the training orientation and set up of the centre. CODIFOR completely designed the training centre that currently trains 1,300 people every year.
Case Study #2 : Trainings for Dassault Aviation production unit in India
CODIFOR supported DASSAULT AVIATION and his local partner RELIANCE AEROSPACE in the development of their production unit in Nagpur, India. They tasked him with setting up a training dispositive for aeronautical fitters. The dispositive covers the definition of curriculums and workshop, candidate selection, operators training and certification, and training in France of the engineers responsible for production in India.
Case Study #3 : Support to alternating learning’s development in Tunisia
Wanting to revitalize the education and training sectors, Tunisia launched multiples projects concerning vocational training. The programs were about the analysis of the professional skills to target, the relationship between training centers and companies, alternating training, certifications, and more globally vocational training center's model. CODIFOR thus supported Tunisia in these areas, with its expertise in term of management of vocational training with companies in order to set up a center-company partnership system, to find the best answers to the needs of the companies located in the country.
