Internal bodies with complementary missions

The UIMM is chaired by Éric Trappier (President of the Dassault Group and CEO of Dassault Aviation) and managed by Hubert Mongon, its General Delegate. Its governance is composed of industrial leaders.

The Council.

It takes decision on UIMM’s policies and positions. It determines the terms of negotiation. It approves the budget each year. And the Council elects the President of the UIMM.

The Board

The Board administers the UIMM. In particular, it prepares UIMM’s policy guidelines and positions. It also appoints the General Delegate.

The Commissions.

They work upstream to prepare the Council’s decisions.
